Jay adapts to his students' needs, and his teaching style is calm, engaging, and interactive. He uses real-world analogies and examples to help reinforce concepts and ideas which are new to his students, and he helps students find their own answers.
Jay graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the City University of New York with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Upon relocating to Hong Kong, he provided tutoring services to students from DGS, St Clare's Girls' School, and Ying Wa Girls' School to prepare them for the DSE English examination during the initial years of its introduction.

Jay has always wanted to make a difference in the world, and he loves to help people. He got his start with teaching at the City University of New York - York College as a writing tutor, and feels teaching is the best fit for his personality type.
Cici is an excellent teacher who assesses each student's individual needs and adapts her teaching style accordingly. She does not believe in spoon-feeding and instead encourages her students to think independently. She achieves this by asking a lot of questions to get the student to reason and come up with their own answers before sharing her own thoughts.
Larry holds an M.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and a M.A. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Princeton University. Larry has several years of experience teaching IB students Mathematics and Physics, and has also served as a teaching assistant at the graduate level.
Fabio is a highly organized teacher who carefully plans his lessons based on a comprehensive evaluation of the student's learning objectives. He avoids using a "lecture" style approach and instead engages his students through interactive Q&A sessions, short tasks, and relevant examples to facilitate their learning and comprehension process.
Kieran obtained a BSc in Mathematics from Newcastle University and was certified as an IT Trainer in the UK, an experience that significantly influenced the development of his teaching and training methods. Following several years in predominantly technical job roles, he transitioned his career to teaching children upon relocating to Hong Kong. This transition brought him great enjoyment and revealed a deep passion for education, as he takes pride in guiding students toward realizing their full potential.
Gavin graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. degree in Human Biology. Before embarking on his university journey, Gavin has the privilege of studying at Shatin College in Hong Kong, where he successfully completed the IGCSE and IB Program. He has one year of experience tutoring Mathematics to secondary students and English to local primary students, as well as secondary students preparing for the HKDSE.
Joshua is a dedicated and enthusiastic educator who tailors his lessons to meet the unique needs of each student, fostering confidence and academic growth. He encourages independent thinking by engaging students with interactive activities and thought-provoking questions, guiding them to discover solutions before sharing his expert insights.
